This project will be a new Greenfield plant in Multan, Pakistan. The site will be 80,000 sqm, approximately The total construction area of Phase 1 is about 21,000-22,000 sqm, approximately.
The project comprises of Production Facility, Warehouse, Office, Canteen, Locker Room, Cold Storage, water tank and Utility Buildings. There will be also Parking lot, Guard House & Roads & Pavements, vegetable oil storage, diesel oil storage, Nitrogen storage and LPG storage.
The project is designed and constructed following FM Global requirements. The project has target to achieve LEED Silver certification.
