The project is a 5 star hotel resort development in Karon, Phuket on a 14 Rai high steep plot. Six luxury 3-storey villas with individual pool on each level are developed for Sales. Sixteen cliff and hotel villa units, a 5-storey clubhouse including a 3-storey swimming pool & spa building are operated as a hotel resort.
Meinhardt (Thailand) provides an MEP design, Construction Management and Site supervision services.
