The project is a Nestle Group’s latest Greenfield plant in Surat Thani, Thailand. The site is approx. 179,200 sq.m. or 112 Rais. The 1st Phase of the project have over 30,00 sq.m. of pavement and a total GFA of 15,000 sq.m. of usable building space, consist:
