This project is for a mixed use development on Bogyoke Aung San Road and Alan Pya Pagoda Road in central Yangon, Myanmar. The project will also comprise of a number of new high rise buildings constructed over a basement and podium to accommodate apartments, hotel, retail and the office. The existing Railway Department Administration building at the corner of the site holds significant historic value.
