Circle Living Prototype

Meinhardt provided full Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering Design services:
• 55 storey Residential Tower, on top of a 5 storey Podium
• GFA of 54,000 sq.m.
• 500 keys, 4 types of room units, plus penthouse and villa units.
• Leisure facilities to include spa, gym, pool, jogging track, club house, and children’s areas.

Sustainable Design features include:
• Solar Photovoltaic Panel
• Pre-heated domestic hot water from an A/C heat recovery system
• Waste water recycling for irrigation and grey water

The project was designed using 3D REVIT Design and Documentation system.
