The project which is located in Phuket near the Freedom Beach close to Patong Beach comprises twelve Residences, twelve residential Estates and Sixty four hotel villas with hotel public areas and BOH facilities developed on a 160 rai land plot on a very steep hill slope.
Meinhardt provided infrastructure, Civil, Structural and MEP design services including LEED feasibility study and construction management for the hotel mock up villa.
